Marcia goes above and beyond in explaining, showing, answers your question even before you ask it. Matt, the finance guy, knows his stuff too. He is very efficient with all that dreaded paperwork and makes it so comfortable. And finally Robert, the guy that goes over all the car tech stuff with you.
