Thomas the manager worked with our budget and schedule. He allowed us to pick up or children from school as we test drove the vehicle which helped us make a decision because we got to use the car the way we would use it just about everyday (4 carseats, 2 toddlers, 2 infants, and an adult male in the middle :/). Matthew did not try to force warranties on us, and was very personable. Avery made sure we knew how to work all the technical aspects of the vehicle and laughed at all my corny jokes. Overall, we had what seemed to be a dream team. I've car shopped before, and they made this daunting task actually pleasurable. To be honest, everyone there seemed kind and approachable. You did not get the dog eat dog vibe from anyone. If you are looking to buy a new or used car, and want great (not pushy) customer care, I would definitely recommend Allen Nott everytime. More

Krista had saw me walking around waiting on my car to get fixed she asked me what kind of car would I have wanted if I bought one I laughed because I still owed money on my other car. I told her I was curious about the Honda Fit. Krista told me we could run the numbers. I told her my budget and she went off talking to the finance officer. I bought the car. That night I had a Panic attack. I didn't think it fit in my budget. Matt Talked to me because The one I first talked to was off but Matt calmed me down and we ran the numbers again. I kept the car. Now I'm not a computer wiz so Avery a smart Tec guy did his best to explain the phone and starting the car EVERYTHING. They were all Patient with me, Very Patient with me. Thank you all!
