The best car buying experience I've ever had !!! I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone was so helpful and really wanted me to get a vehicle I would love! I was lucky to get to have Brandon Kerr helping me out. From day one when I decided to start looking for a new car, he got ahold of me to find out what I liked. I also got help from Bryan Risner and he made the test driving experience very enjoyable and made me feel at ease. Instead of that awkward experience you usually get. There was no pressure or the normal tricks car salesmen try to pull. They answered every question. Even stayed after closing to give enough time to get the vehicle that best fit my needs. Not only were the salesmenngreat but so was the finance department. They worked with me to get the best payment. Matt Ricker made the whole experience enjoyable. Excellent all-around I was looking to purchase a CR-V and started by looking at the website. Marcia contacted me to let me know that the 2017 CR-Vs were coming in on the l I was looking to purchase a CR-V and started by looking at the website. Marcia contacted me to let me know that the 2017 CR-Vs were coming in on the lot and that the CR-V model was updated for 2017. I scheduled a time to meet with Marcia since the dealership is about 45 minutes away. She had the CR-V ready to show me when I arrived. She went over the features of the vehicle before test driving it and had me try out the safety features while driving it. When I was done test driving it, I decided to purchase the vehicle, and I met with Matt in finance to complete the purchase. After completing the purchase, I met with Caitlin to go over the user settings in the CR-V and set them to my preference. Overall, it was great experience! More
