I have never experienced such an easy and enjoyable buying process of a vehicle. I left happy and fortunate to have found this dealership and Bret for making the buying process effortless. Finance took buying process of a vehicle. I left happy and fortunate to have found this dealership and Bret for making the buying process effortless. Finance took almost no time, which is such a relief, as who likes doing all of that— ha! Kudos to you all. ****Now, please get a better coffee machine. If I’m spending $50K+ for a car the least y’all can have is a better coffee machine or a vending machine. Thank you!! More

Crest Cadillac accepted an offer I made to purchase a vehicle via email. I got a call the next morning that the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else after my offer was accepted. I find this cond vehicle via email. I got a call the next morning that the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else after my offer was accepted. I find this conduct extremely unprofessional and unethical. If something needed to be done beyond the referenced email agreement, they should have informed me. The dealer made a point to tell me that they were held to a higher standard because they were apart of Berkshire Hathaway Automotive. Clearly, those standards must not be very high. I would recommend that people avoid doing business with this dealer. More
