Once he answered all my questions and we made sure my 6'4" husband was ok with the new CRV I turned him loose to find the color and model I wanted - he had it within hours! I was greeted with a smile and offered a seat and water before we even discussed a car. I had a negative experience at a dealership two days prior and was expecting another one. But Matt treated me like my sale was important to both me and the company. And to top it off he did all the hard work for me! All I had to be concerned with was picking out the car I liked and signing. He helped me find the car that was a match for me and my family and did it all with a smile throughout the process that ended with a Firm hand shake and an extension of loyalty by stating he would be there if I had further questions.
