I was greeted with a smile and offered a seat and water before we even discussed a car. I had a negative experience at a dealership two days prior and was expecting another one. But Matt treated me like my sale was important to both me and the company. And to top it off he did all the hard work for me! All I had to be concerned with was picking out the car I liked and signing. He helped me find the car that was a match for me and my family and did it all with a smile throughout the process that ended with a Firm hand shake and an extension of loyalty by stating he would be there if I had further questions. I would definitely recommend Matt and Zimmerman to family and friends. More

Purchase of a 2018 Honda HRV I decided on Wednesday to look at three different makes of SUVs: Honda HRV, Nissan Rogue Sport, and Toyota RAV 4. Test drove the different vehicles. Matt Rizzo was very helpful with the HRV explaining it's functions and came up with a plan to buy the car. I did not trade another vehicle. On Wednesday evening I called and told Matt I wanted the HRV. On Thursday I took delivery of the HRV and was given great service and advice. Matt was very low key, which is my kind of sales person. Great, fast and no no-nonsense experience! We drove 1.5 hours to look at a used Civic. We really weren't sure what we were getting into since we have never been to this dealer ship.
