Where should I start first. they make me an appointment and I show up and the sales reps is not there . So they give me a sales reps that I honestly feel like he didn't want to be there because his shift ended at 5 which was the same time my appointment was .After some back an forth we agree on a deal for a 2024 wrangler . I was never made aware of an fees or anything but than they slap me with a 2 thousand dollar fee which was suppose to be my first monthly payment . I advise anyone who buys from this dealer ship to read the fine print because they will try to push a fast one on you . I typically do not leave reviews but this place is absolutely ridiculous. More

I’ve never been so excited to write a review before (I don’t do it very often) - my dad and I have been searching for the perfect Jeep Cherokee for me for about a month and a half, and the one’s I’ve foun don’t do it very often) - my dad and I have been searching for the perfect Jeep Cherokee for me for about a month and a half, and the one’s I’ve found had either sold immediately, had cosmetic defects, etc… I found Elmwood through Cars.com, and I made an inquiry immediately on one of their 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited’s - one of their representatives (Jenel, specifically) called maybe 5 minutes after I had put in a request to see the car - and booked an appt for Saturday. It was a few days before my appt, and my dad and I had visited a few other dealerships to shop around at other dealerships that had made endless promises to us, and we ended up getting screwed elsewhere. Finally, I decided to call Elmwood to see if I could come that same day we had been shopping around, and they immediately said come on down! I was so excited because this Jeep had everything and more that I could ever dream of for a car. My dad and I were pleasantly greeted by Matt S and he took care of us from there on out. My dad is extraordinarily protective and will do just about anything to get his daughters/sons a good deal that he believes in and feels confident in. Matt was knowledgeable about every question or concern that we had, and made us feel more than confident that he could get us something that would work for our needs. The service that he provided was absolutely exceptional. We buy cars almost yearly and after leaving we couldn’t believe we hadn’t found this place sooner. Vinny also, an absolute pleasure to work. Him and my dad were joking around and having fun, and he had treated me as if I was his own - keeping my best interest at the top of his priorities while working with me. Car dealerships typically aren’t considered friendly or fun environments most of the time, and Elmwood provided just that service - that we’ve never experienced before. I was able to take the car home the next day. I typically have to end up waiting a week at other dealerships. Overall, Unbelievable service and I truly cannot wait for other family members & my friends to go check them out for their next car purchase! More
