I was very disappointed to see several of the sales people gathered at one desk with NO MASK on in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic. Other people - customers - in the waiting area did not have masks people gathered at one desk with NO MASK on in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic. Other people - customers - in the waiting area did not have masks on. I did not feel safe there. Obviously the management of Taylor Ford does not think it's important to protect customers from disease. My salesman Matt Siskoff was fine however the rest of the experience was not. I will think twice about going to Taylor Ford in the future. More

Matt Siskoff is phenomenal Unfortunately on 2-6-18 I was involved in a very serious car accident where my car was deemed totaled. I explained to Matt that my credit took a hit d Unfortunately on 2-6-18 I was involved in a very serious car accident where my car was deemed totaled. I explained to Matt that my credit took a hit due to becoming disabled right after I purchased my vehicle. Matt worked alongside Susan at Community Alliance Credit Union to get me into a vehicle. Although Ford could not get me finance he made sure to keep in contact with Susan. Yesterday 2-28-18, we drove a 2015 Escape. I couldn’t be more thankful. We’ve always dealt with Taylor Ford and more specifically Matt. He’s a valuable asset to the company and anyone who comes in contact with him. More
