They’ve come a really long way in the 8 years I’ve been doing business with them. They get better and better. I’m willing to bet the only dealership in town that will answer technical questions with techni doing business with them. They get better and better. I’m willing to bet the only dealership in town that will answer technical questions with technical answers. That speaks volumes for me and shows honesty, integrity, and transparency. They could have charged me for an ECU I wound up not needing, as any other dealership would have. That alone, will keep me coming back. I have a dealership background in a different industry so these are things I look out for; and not just for the service department, but also the sales dept - technical responses from technical questions from the sales team. Transparency and honesty. More

Findlay Toyota’s Service Department does excellent work. Matt Stanley is knowledgeable and professional at all times. At all times he is calm and helpful. During my visit yesterday, mechanic Matt Lovelace did amazing diagnostic work on my vehicle followed by expediently performing repairs in a fashion that can only be completed by an experienced professional who takes pride in their craft. Matt Stanley has an ease of communication that always makes for a pleasant experience. He is always A+ and straightforward. Even the valet attendant mentioned that Matt's the best! The Uber option is perfect and helps me to be efficient with my time. Consider bringing back a simple car wash at the end of a service visit. I have read the explanation on the invoice and it sounds like an excuse not to invest in a solution. How about installing a car wash that recycles water? As a longtime client (20+ years) I would appreciate you bringing back a car wash, especially after a costly service visit. More
