At the official age of 'senior', I was thrown into one of my scariest moments. Making an auto purchase from the dreaded 'Dealer'. Oh, the stories...all horror, by the way. my anxiety level was over the top. My 98 Nissan had decided to depart this earthly life and it was time. I did my research...vehicles and dealerships. Suburban Toyota of Troy appeared to be #1, with all the research. Vehicle choice down to 3. Right from the start, it was good with constant communication from Alisha asking about my vehicle choices, my availability and time flexibility. She began to ease my tension actually quite rapidly. By the time I arrived at the dealer I was ready to meet with Alisha and buy a car. When I walked in the door, anxiety flew to the sky, once again...so many people, how would I find her. Then, this smiling young woman came over to me and said how can I help you. "I'm here to buy a car from Alisha", I replied. Leng introduced herself, explained the process, escorted me to a chair and said tell me what you need. She began pulling up vehicles on the computer, explaining what's good, what's not, showing me the facts and meeting each one of the needs I spoke of to a fact on her screen. Then the process of test driving. She was so patient with all of my little quirks. But she helped me find my new Camry, even asked her manager if I could have a discount. She called my insurance company, set me up to meet with Matt in finance. This was truly the most painfree purchase I've ever made. Buying shoes or a car from Leng at Suburban Toyota. Hands down, I'm calling Leng. More

Great Relations, kind of long waits JC was amazing to deal with. He was kind and knowledgable about the cars I was buying. My 2 main issues were just waiting around a lot, I do however JC was amazing to deal with. He was kind and knowledgable about the cars I was buying. My 2 main issues were just waiting around a lot, I do however understand that juggling customers was tough to handle at the same time. They drive a hard bargain but at the end of the day, we both fee like we got the deal we were hoping for so overall I’d come again if I found the right car for my next one 👍 More

Amazing customer service Buying my first car was very stressful for me but everybody at Toyota sat down with me and helped me find the perfect car that would fits my needs. Gently used Toyota pick-up I saw the truck online at Suburban Toyota of Troy. I drove 1 1/2 hours to check out a slightly used truck with low miles and was pleasantly surprised. A red 2017 Tacoma pick up with 10,300 miles @ a competitive price. A test drive of the vehicle and a very friendly, helpful staff made my purchase easy. Chris my salesman and the manager arranged to pick me up (80 miles away) so I could drive the truck home. If your serious about buying a vehicle these guys are professional and can make it happen! 👍 More

Excellent Experience Purchasing a New Car I bought my previous car in 2004, a new 2004 Toyota Camry from Suburban Toyota of Troy and always had service done through the dealership as well. I d I bought my previous car in 2004, a new 2004 Toyota Camry from Suburban Toyota of Troy and always had service done through the dealership as well. I decided to try the Costco Auto Buying Program and was pleased to see Suburban Toyota of Troy was a participating dealer. I did some research on Suburban Toyota’s website so I could gage if I was getting a better deal using Costco’s program. I met with Lazar Volaj and he did a great job of explaining how the Costco Auto Program worked. We walked the dealership to look at the cars I was interested in, test drove them and I decided on a vehicle. We returned to his desk and set to work agreeing on a price. I was happy with the negotiation process and feel I got a fair deal. I pick my car up a few days later, was given a basic lesson on features and absolutely love it. Definitely give Lazar Volaj a call at Suburban Toyota of Troy if you’re looking for a car. More
