Best dealership experience I have ever had I received an offer in the mail from Toyota for a $50 gift card to do a test drive of a new vehicle at a dealership. Suburban Toyota of Troy was the I received an offer in the mail from Toyota for a $50 gift card to do a test drive of a new vehicle at a dealership. Suburban Toyota of Troy was the closest one so I went there. I was expecting there to be the usual cringey, high pressure sales tactics you often see at dealerships but was pleasantly surprised to instead find that Ms. Huang let me test drive without any pressure whatsoever. The class she displayed in our interaction impressed me so much that despite the fact I was not in the market for a new car and was never intending on doing anything but collecting my $50 gift card from Toyota, I went back the next week to purchase a used car there. While it was not a new car or a high end purchase, I was treated with the same respect as I would have been had I been purchasing a high end vehicle. Ms. Huang was also very efficient, friendly, and competent. My wife will be looking for a car in the next year or two and I have already convinced her to make sure to check out Suburban Toyota of Troy as the top place to look. More

Excellent repeat experience! Three years ago I needed a car in a hurry - my old car was failing and I was only in town for one day. I went to several dealers but only Suburban To Three years ago I needed a car in a hurry - my old car was failing and I was only in town for one day. I went to several dealers but only Suburban Toyota was able to get me the car and color I wanted. We completed the transaction in about five hours and drove home in our new car. Great customer service - kudos to Suburban! Three years later our lease was about due to expire so I contacted Lazer Volaj, the sales rep who I worked with before. I found that 2019 Corolla production was ending and that 2019 cars with the options and color I wanted were not easily available. Lazer called around several states to find exactly what I was looking for, got the car shipped to Suburban, and was able to pull my old lease forward by three months so I could get it at once. As before, the deal was handled quickly, courteously and professionally. Everyone we dealt with at Suburban was helpful, not pushy, and made the transaction as smooth as possible. We drove our new Barcelona Red Corolla XSE home on Friday and so far we love it. I'm sure that Suburban will continue to give us the fine service we enjoyed on our old car for the next three years, and you may be sure we will come back there when we are ready to lease our next new car from them. More

I had a great experience buying a new car My salesperson was Lazer Volaj who guided me through the process with a friendly personality and answered any questions that I had. He also made sure that I would get new mats for the car and described the different functions of the dashboard. I had driven a Toyota Corolla before for 10 years, The switch to the CHR was not what I was expecting. But, when I saw the car and he showed me its larger luggage compartment and more room in the back seat I was sold. I have had the car just 12 hours or so and have driven it 100miles. So far so good. I expect to get at least as good performance out of this car as I certainly had from the old Corolla LE. Hopefully it will be the next car that everybody, including Consumer Reports, writes about as being the most reliable car.Thank you to Suburban Toyota of Troy and for Laser Volaj. More

We were there a long time, but tha I purchased a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid LE from Leng Huang on August 20, 2018. Leng was very patient and very informative. We were there a long time, but that was because of me not her. I came in thinking of buying either a Camry, RAV4 or a Corolla. We test drove 4 different vehicles and asked a ton of questions. Leng answered all of our questions with great patience and expertise. I love working with knowledgeable professionals and Leng proved to be that. She gave us an insight into her personality, confidence and experience. To try to close the deal, I told her the price I would agree to and not shop a competitor's dealership. The difference between her offer and mine were great enough that I thought it would be rejected or countered. To my surprise she said without flinching, "You're lucky you got me, because I can make this happen!" This display of confidence made me smile. She was true to her word. The offer was accepted. I didn't know what kind of sales experience I would receive, but I drove away with a car I love and a go to sales person for the next purchase. More
