Great job low basic price. I don't like disposal fee add ins for two air filters of 11 dollars. Won't have that happen again. Couple of dollars is ok but come on people. Get my oil done so there's no quibble on the lifetime drivetrain warranty. But that's it till they stop the add ons. Fuzz is still the best in sales! More

Recall fix. Bill Timmons bent over backwards to help us by staying late one night when our Malibu we just picked up after recall service had to be returned due to Bill Timmons bent over backwards to help us by staying late one night when our Malibu we just picked up after recall service had to be returned due to a check engine light and low power mode activation occurring. NO fault of Jim Butler. Recall was repaired per recall notice, but it did not fix the problem which continued an 1/2 hour later after pick-up. Car returned that evening and repaired with a new ECM being installed. Bill and Matt Vallee were there for us the whole time.and helped expedite repairs, Matt Vallee who sold us the Malibu in May also made sure everything was repaired at no expense. We've purchased 3 vehicles from Matt Vallee (Jim Butler) and will return. More

Jim Butler Chevrolet I went in with issues and other problems and they found a way to still be able to help me. I was scared at first and wasn't sure if they would help bu I went in with issues and other problems and they found a way to still be able to help me. I was scared at first and wasn't sure if they would help but by the time I was leaving I was driving off the lot in my brand new vehicle.. Not used but brand new!! Never in my life would I have thought that I would drive off in a brand shaken new car!! Matt Valle was great as well as everyone I met!! Very nice and thoughtful people and service!! More
