Rachel was very helpful in getting me information concerning vehicle features and specifications. She was very patient with me and would respond very quickly when I had a question. My biggest gripe, which is a big one for me, is the surprise “accessories” which were not an option and added $3K+ to the price of my vehicle. I think that if these “accessories” are not an option to decline that they should be added to the advertised price. Had it not been for this “accessory” issue I would have rated my experience 5 stars instead of 3. On the flip side Rachel’s helpfulness is the reason I stayed at Sherman Chevrolet after the “accessories” discovery. More
