We had not purchased, or in this particular case, leased, a new car for many years. This trip to your dealership proved to be the correct decision from the word 'go'. We had to do almost nothing toward getti a new car for many years. This trip to your dealership proved to be the correct decision from the word 'go'. We had to do almost nothing toward getting our new CR-V! Your people did it all, and very promptly as well. Matt Walker was exceptional in the way he presented all the features of this vehicle. Although we walked into your dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, Matt presented the features that we were unaware of, explained them in as much detail as we needed, and then set them up for us. He showed us how to do it from inside the vehicle, as he was doing it. This was as it should be, and we were quite pleased with all that effort!! This experience was, in reality, what we should have had, but what we didn't really expect. Thank You! - to Matt Walker - and to the finance man, (whose name we can't remember!) joined him to make our visit so pleasant, as well as reassuring! And, by the way, we love the CR-V!
