Hassle free & attention to what I want. Eric Smith has sold me my LAST 3 cars. Back in 2011 I was looking to trade my Impala off and I called Scholfield Hyundai West up and Eric Smith answ Eric Smith has sold me my LAST 3 cars. Back in 2011 I was looking to trade my Impala off and I called Scholfield Hyundai West up and Eric Smith answered the phone. I had been to many other dealerships with no satisfaction. I told Eric that I wanted a car with a sunroof, red color, & something easy for my mom to get in and out of since she was disabled. Eric said to come on down and that he would see what he could do. When I arrived I was met by one of the tallest men I have ever seen! Just kidding but he is very tall and friendly. Eric had 2 vehicles to show me, although neither was red! Even though he worked at a Used car sales lot, they did not have a red car but my other criteria was fulfilled. I test drove a 2009 white Sonata and found it really great. I asked Eric if we could drive it to my mom's house and let her try it out. My mom gave it a thumbs up and Eric sold us the car. I was her caregiver until she passed away in 2012. In December 2013 Eric sold me my next car, a 2013 Elantra. Another great car. It was red & had a sunroof. On November 19th I was getting my Elantra in for an oil change and I saw Eric Smith. I asked him about trading in my Elantra because I wanted more space to haul my 4 dogs & my 2 legged friends around! Eric found one that I call my James Bond 007 car! There are so many new features that Bond would be amazed, sorry Q. What is great about Eric is he is very knowledgeable and qualified to sell both Used & New vehicles. New car manager Danny assisted in finding this vehicle. Salesman Matt Watson spent some time with me explain all of the "bells & whistles" that my new car has. Billy James in finance did a fantastic job is working with me step by step through the paperwork. I highly recommend Eric at Scholfield Hyundai West for your vehicle purchasing needs. By the way everyone is friendly and fantastic. When you take your vehicle in for service you will find a efficient and professional attitude towards you and your vehicle. If you look up the word "Sincere" in the dictionary you should see a picture of Eric Smith and a picture of the Scholfield Hyundai dealerships!
