I’ve been using Kia DeLand for many many years, but twice in the last four visits I received my car back and within a day or day there were issues causing it to overheat. Both times Derrick Kus was attentive in the last four visits I received my car back and within a day or day there were issues causing it to overheat. Both times Derrick Kus was attentive and helpful, both times it was fixed and Kia Service admitted blame but both times it left me without a car for several days.it also makes me worried about future service. I was seen promptly and the car was whisked away. They worked on my Kia Soul fixing a CBS brake light problem. Matt was really nice, attentive, and kept me apprised of the whole process.
