Matt made things very easy for us - our entire time there maybe totaled 1.5/2 hrs, including the test drive. Matt didn't push us one way or the other, explained differences in the Cherokees and why the price difference, etc. We basically chose one out of the bunch and he gave us the best number he could. They didn't waste my time back and forth with numbers, I simply told them what I wanted and boy, did they deliver! I was right where I wanted to be for payments and only test drove 2 vehicles, The prices were right where they should have been, the dealership inside and out, was spotless, the employees were all extremely friendly and made the environment comfortable to be in. I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever. They worked around my time frame and met all of me needs to a T. I have always associated car dealerships with stress... I can't even begin to tell you, just how stress-free this experience was for both me and my husband. Matt Chagnon, my sales associate was great, Bill Dann, the Sales Manager bent over backwards to make the numbers work for me, and Jay Miller walked me through the financing process in 10 minutes, flawlessly.
