Wonderful Paramount Hyundai/Genesis experience! I convinced my wife to get up at 4:30am yesterday and make the 5 hour (!) drive from Richmond Virginia to Paramount Hyundai in Hickory, NC to get my n I convinced my wife to get up at 4:30am yesterday and make the 5 hour (!) drive from Richmond Virginia to Paramount Hyundai in Hickory, NC to get my new Genesis. They had exactly the car I wanted at the right price and Charles (sales) and Matt (finance) made the purchase process fast and fun. Primarily we worked with Charles Cappadona who manages their Internet sales. Charles couldn't have been more responsive to my inquiries. Charles understands the needs of people who are willing to drive that far for the right car - We've done our research, know what price we need, and basically have already sold themselves on the vehicle they've chosen. He understood I was busy and within 3 hours of establishing that the car I wanted was still available, we had arrived at a fair price and I had my financing application in process. Upon arrival at the dealership yesterday at our appointed time, Charles was waiting for us - he had the car ready and waiting as promised and immediately, we set out on a fantastic test drive and vehicle demonstration (after the 5 hour drive, I found myself a bit awestruck by this part of the buying experience - the online pictures of the Genesis DO NOT do it justice - this car is stunning - With a great sense of humor, Charles walked through all the features and then I did a test drive. Upon return to the dealership, we began the process of paying and were introduced to the very sharp Matt Church, who runs finance. Matt went out of his way to accommodate my financing needs and educated me on the benefits of extending the already great Genesis warranty - this was really appreciated. Bottom line: the overall Paramount Hyundai of Hickory, NC experience was excellent thanks to their quality team. Thank you, Charles and Matt - I couldn't be happier with the car. More

He could teach a few of the big dealerships on that highway how to deliver quality service. He worked hard during the negotiations to get us where we needed to be. He even kept a straight face when I quoted what I wanted for my trade. If I had a question, he was always a step ahead, if we wanted something he made it happen. There was absolutely no pressure and we believe we received a fair deal. Look up those vehicle values yourself and you will see. At the end of a very long day Matt Church took the time to explain the extra wrap around warranty , which of course we bought. These two guys are the best, they're a great team at Paramount. Ask for Jesus Jimenez, you won't regret it! Love my gorgeous candy apple red SUV, I'm a happy girl! More

In 2 weeks I have purchased 2 Hyundai Sonatas 2017 and previously owned a Hyundai Elantra 2016 a Absolutely hands down the best car buying experience. In 2 weeks I have purchased 2 Hyundai Sonatas 2017 and previously owned a Hyundai Elantra 2016 and Sonata 2014. All of my experiences from Hyundai of Hickory have been outstanding they have worked to get me into the cars I've wanted and the last two buying experiences with them on the newest Sonatas has been amazing ( shout out to Trenton Claxton) who was amazing on both sales very fast understanding absolutely great experience. I will probably and undoubtedly keep my business with this company in the future. Also giving credit to Matt Church in finance for pushing for the best rates and having my back as a loyal customer!!!
