The car salesman Matthew church is very unprofessional he doesn’t communicate with after he gets ur money he messed up the paperwork for my cosigner basically dropped $1400 down on a 2017 Buick and put insur doesn’t communicate with after he gets ur money he messed up the paperwork for my cosigner basically dropped $1400 down on a 2017 Buick and put insurance on the car they took 2 months just to say they couldn’t get it financed ok so why not tell me that but they still took my money and when I asked for a refund they faked a refund it still hasn’t hit my account and this refund was Tuesday before thanksgiving I wouldn’t recommended them to anyone or maybe it’s because I’m a 36 yr old black man More

The experience was really bad. They didn't have a showroom. I was in a trailer. The pic they're using is a concept image, and not the actual dealership. It was hard to get in contact with the sales person I was working with. When I was in the process of buying the vehicle, things were very sloppy as well. Customer service was very limited. Didn't walk me through the features on the car. After I left the dealership, it was hard to reach anyone, and their number is no longer working. More
