Matt was awesome to work with, Julian explained the finances perfectly, John was able to get me to the price I wanted and Shane explained how the car works and got me all up to speed on the tech. This dealership has the worst service department that I have ever been to. They couldn't do a simple oil change without doing damage to the engine of my new 2023 truck . Service dept. is the worst. The whole service dept. from the general manager to the techs who botched up the oil change and damaged my new truck were not helpful. I recommend no one use the service dept. for anything.
