Matt and the Danbury Kia staff was very welcoming and super knowledgeable. They were accommodating and stayed within my budget as best as they could. Buying/leasing a car can be really stressful, but the super knowledgeable. They were accommodating and stayed within my budget as best as they could. The dealership itself was nice, our original salesman Matt was doing a great job with the sale until John ruined the whole experience. He seen a young couple and literally told us to “not waste his time if we couldn’t afford it” and after mentioning that my mother works in the car business and that I would just run all the numbers back with her he then said “Mommy doesn’t have to get involved, she can’t lower the price”. We never mentioned anything about lowering the price of the vehicle (lowering the price in this business is HIGHLY unlikely). Anytime we even tried to talk he would just continue to cut us off. If John would have never treated us that way we would have never asked for a refund on the down payment of this vehicle. More

I couldn't have found a better place to get my newest Kia! I will start with the fact that I traded in my Forte for a Spotage! The Sales Representative, Mathew Deangelis, went above and beyond to not only help me find my match. He also worked everything out to make the transition to my new Sportage flawless. After his help, I completely understood how to operate my new SUV! He was also very honest every step of the way. I want to also point out how Jeff, the Business Manager also play a tremendous part in making my deal work for me!!! Because of Jeff, I was able to afford my payments. Jeff went above and beyond to help me in this area!!! You just don't find customer service like this everyday!!! Jeff also sat me down and gave me some great insight about my deal and the potential obstacles I may face. It all worked out in the end. I will also mention how patient and professional both Mathew and Jeff were when the insurance agent I used disrespected them. Despite the disrespect they received, they remain true to the Kia brand and represented me and me deal with top notch service. I can't thank this team enough. I will be back in the future!!!! More
