However, when John in the service dept had done all he could to find an affordable resolution to my old car’s repair needs, which is why I was there, I consulted with Matt. I then decided to invest the money in a new car instead. Matt introduced me to Primo who very kindly walked me through all the steps. His son took me for the test drive which was comforting and fun because usually my own son has been there with me for our car purchases. I’m grateful to all for their caring and kindness, and their knowledge which I’ve come to depend on over many years. More
