2014 "CERTIFIED" CHEVY SILVERADO RUST BUCKET 15K MILES If I could give 0 stars or a negative star rating then I would. I bought a used 2014 "Certified" Chevy Silverado 1500 LT in July 2017. Three weeks aft If I could give 0 stars or a negative star rating then I would. I bought a used 2014 "Certified" Chevy Silverado 1500 LT in July 2017. Three weeks after purchasing it, I notice some rust on frame by one of the rear wheel wells. I looked under the vehicle to see rust all over the frame. Unbeknownst to me, there was a TSB for a problem with that model year indicating the frame's wax coating would flake off and leave exposed metal. The rest of the vehicle looked brand new with only 15k miles on it. When approached on how this vehicle could have been "certified", I was told that it was just "surface rust" and "it's only cosmetic". I then realized that I paid $34k for a "certified" rust bucket. They weren't going to seriously address the issue. Their remedy when approached was to offer a free rubberized undercoating. They discouraged going with the TSB recommendations because the truck bed would have to be taken off and "you don't want to do that". Looking back, they were looking to save man hours of labor and provide a quick fix. Now a year and a half later, the rust has returned and is even worse than before.If it wasn't "certified", then maybe I would blame myself for not inspecting more closely under the truck. I still do regret not doing that, but with it otherwise looking brand new and being "certified", I expected honesty. What I got was "scammed"! My advice is to avoid this dealership at all costs. They have no integrity, no honesty and lack human decency. I will never buy from them again. In fact, I've given up on Chevy altogether. My next truck with be a Ford or a Ram. Their truck frames aren't coated with cheap wax. SUNRISE CHEVROLET IS THE MOST DISHONEST DEALERSHIP THAT I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! More

This dealership has great employees. I have been using Sunrise for all my service needs on my 2012 Silverado for the last 4 years. I came time for me to upgrade to a new 2018 Silverado. I seen the truck I was interested in and made an appointment to come in and take a look at it on my way to work. Once I seen the new truck I new immediately that that was the truck I wanted. I met with Scott Martin, who was great from the start he did not pressure me to buy today. I think he new I was going to buy soon. If I did not have to go to work I more than likely would have drove off that day. However I did schedule a appointment with Scott the next day after work. when I arrived Scott had the truck near the front door with the keys in the door. I think he knew I was going to buy it when I seen it there. He was correct. I could go on but I am almost out of lines to type. More
