Luciano is wonderful to work with! Luciano was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with when buying a car. He is not pushy and is so honest and caring. He really tries hard to get you exactly what you want and was very open and transparent which is very much appreciated. I really appreciated his willingness to let my husband and I discuss privately. Only thing they could improve upon is have more than one finance person working at a time. It was a busy Saturday and it was about 2.5 hours after we decided which car we were buying that we actually left the building (having to wait around over an hour for someone to get to the financing part). I think some of this just goes with buying a car, it always takes longer than you think. More
