Lack of communication overall. I purchased out-of-state & had vehicle shipped. Touchscreen and info system dysfunctional, illegal window tint is on car, less than half a tank of g I purchased out-of-state & had vehicle shipped. Touchscreen and info system dysfunctional, illegal window tint is on car, less than half a tank of gas. Called preowned manager & was immediately dismissed & said he’d call back. He did not call back and referred me to salesman. Worst experience ever buying a car & most unprofessional Cadillac dealership I’ve worked with. More
