Matt was not great at managing the efficiency and time of appointment. He also allowed my vehicle to be completed and released with excessive oil in the pan. Overall he was not the worst problem….it was the tech Daniel that took 3 hours to complete an oil change only. Two hours to have the truck and work in bay and another hour to clean up the mess afterwards that he left behind and found by Toyota across the street! No apologies, poor work ethics, and cannot be trusted. The tech was horrible and really should be fired. I hope he does not get paid by the hour! This dealership has low standards and no accountability. More
