Awesome Experience! What started out as a leisurely visit to look at Audi’s turned into a great buying experience. Walking in we were greeted by Renzo who asked if he cou What started out as a leisurely visit to look at Audi’s turned into a great buying experience. Walking in we were greeted by Renzo who asked if he could help. After telling him I’m just looking unlike other dealerships, I was told no problem and where to find him if I did need help. After falling in love with a Q7, I asked him to answer some questions. Still not one ounce of pressure. He answered everything and I asked if I could test drive. He showed us the features in the car and off we went. I asked him if he could work up a price and email me. Within an hour I had my request. From that time. Communication was impeccable, promptly answering calls or texts. I visited the dealership two additional times just to be sure. After I already decided on the 2.0 engine I wanted the 3.0 with everything in the 2.0 car. He went out of his way to tell me he was there to help and he would find me my car. A week later, I drive away with exactly What I wanted. Not what he wanted to sell me! I have never done business in such a no pressure, customer first atmosphere. The paperwork was a breeze as well. Matt even brought the peppers to me to sign while I waited for my license plate to be installed! I’d highly recommend Renzo, Matt, and Wyoming Valley Audi to anyone! More
