Randy and the Wyoming Valley Motors team made things es It's been 15 years since I last purchased a car, so I'm a bit inexperienced with the process. Randy and the Wyoming Valley Motors team made things especially easy, particularly for someone coming from 70 miles away to look at a particular used car. They were very accommodating for my first visit on short notice. Then, they worked with me over the phone and email over the course of a week to hash out a deal. Finally, they had everything ready to go for me when I came back up to Wilkes-Barre to finalize the purchase and take the car home. I'd been looking for a good used A4 for a while and talked to sales people at a few PA and NJ Audi dealerships; I was put off by people at a few of them, basically ensuring I'd not buy any vehicle there unless it was an excellent deal. But, from the get go, Audi of Wyoming Valley made things a great experience for me and my family who were, figuratively and literally, along for the ride. I wish I lived closer so that I could continue to deal with Audi of Wyoming Valley for the service of my new car, but I'm just glad that they had the right car for me at the right time and we were able to make a deal. I'd highly recommend the dealership, Randy, and the rest of the team to anyone in the general area interested in an Audi. More
