Plastic protective film behind door handles was marred/jewelry too much. I brought it to Matthews attn at day of pickup and at the same time I'd said 'it is what it is', but still felt he should h marred/jewelry too much. Those installing this should be more attentive to it once its' on and they continue to wear jewelry that will mar the plastic to the point it's so obvious. Also would've been nice to know there was a price increase on CRV (verbal) before we saw it on final pricing. Jackson in finance took way too long in getting to his presentation of pricing (extended warranty). We had no idea where he was leading us and could've had a different approach in being upfront from the get-go why we were in that office, and we could've saved a lot of his time and ours.
