Matt is amazing as always and took care of our family car. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected as we had to wait on the extended warranty provider to approve the repairs each time hat process wa car. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected as we had to wait on the extended warranty provider to approve the repairs each time hat process was unexpected and the main feedback I have is if that communication can be improved so the customer doesn't have to wait that long (over 5 days) and not have a loaner to drive. If you have customers having their car in the shop for that long, I suggest providing them with a nice loaner car. Thank you and have a Merry Christmas! More
