Takes the dealership 2 weeks just to diagnose your vehicle. Then it takes another week or 2 for the warranty claim to be approved then another week for the actual repairs. Dealer refuses to provide rental vehicle during lost time They don’t resolve all car issues at the same time. Car is constantly breaking down. Do not trust they know how to repair cars correctly. I have had to take the car back every 2 months for the same check engine light. Now they started charging the customer for disposable gloves for mechanics and credit card fee. Prioritize profits with trash service They never provide updates on the car during thr month the vehicle is there. Just a text at 4:59 pm telling you the car is ready and to pick up. More

I always enjoy going to this dealership but this one time I went I had a bad experience. I’ve took my car to get fully serviced that means a full multi service job done on my car before my warranty was expir I went I had a bad experience. They said they found a few things that needed to be serviced and they did service the car however when I left the dealership I’ve noticed a wobble coming from my front end of my car didn’t think much of it so the next time I went to the dealership for an oil change I bought that to their attention they reply was your warranty is up and it gone cost you around a thousand plus dollars to fix it.
