Matthew was great from the beginning we did start off bumpy after the deal was done. It was beyond his control but basically things that were said they were supposed to get done didn’t get done and there bumpy after the deal was done. This is the second interaction I have with this dealer again one of my worst experience. I should’ve learned my lesson. First interaction was a horrible service problem. When I went to get my vehicle serv again one of my worst experience. I should’ve learned my lesson. First interaction was a horrible service problem. When I went to get my vehicle serviced second one is very recent. Just bought a car from them. They’ve totally screwed everything up. I’ve been driving unregistered for over a week they can’t get it right I was very unhappy with the deal even wanted to return the vehicle was told I was stuck would it be very cautious with dealing with these guys? I will never go back again third time you will not get me again. I will deal with any other Volkswagen dealer. Once my lease is up horrible experience they don’t have anything together one person says one thing and another person says another they’re not straight shooters. More

Matthew was excellent. Just dont know we had to pay for our own inspection sticker. Unheard of and i have purchased many cars. Denied by the GM, while picking up car.
