Customer service is A1. Jeff was my advisor and handled me with care. I brought my 2022 Ford Mach E in for routine service and windshield replacement. I also had collision w Jeff was my advisor and handled me with care. I brought my 2022 Ford Mach E in for routine service and windshield replacement. I also had collision work done on my car and the company that performed the work couldn’t fix my hands free lift gate. They actually thought I was lying when I said I had it because some of the models in my car year it was discontinued and not on them. But mine did. So they had me to ask Ford and have Ford contact them. So I also had Ford to look into it with them. and they provided the paperwork to prove I had it. Ford proceeded to do the service for them. It took a while so they gave me a loner, which that is rare for other Ford dealerships in OKC. Not for Metro Ford they had a long waitlist but Jeff worked it out because I absolutely could not go for weeks without a car. I really like that they provide loaners and not try to make you rent a car while they do service work. Metro had my car for some time now because they didn’t know what was going on and why they couldn’t get it to work but they diligently contended with the issue and it became a learning experience for the technicians. When I got my car back I had to bring it because the tire pressure fault warning was still coming on. When they repaired that they told me I needed new back tires and they thought that fixed it but it didn’t. However I was still met with professionalism. One of the crew Matt took care of my car concerning this matter. And I also had to bring it back the same day I got it due to the new windshield being damaged. The chief service manager Robert tended to that issue for me and was really on top of things. I had a lot of things come up during my service visit and not once was I undermined or dealt with with in an unprofessional manner. Metro for is the best Ford service dealership in OKC. Prior to bringing my car to them I had dealt with other Ford dealerships (Joe Cooper) in OKC and told myself I will never by another ford again because the customer service was TERRIBLE thinking the treatment was global but I learned that it’s not when I switched to Metro Ford. It is the dealership to work with across the board. More

I made an online appointment for 11:00. When I arrived I was ask if I had an appointment I said yes I made it online, Denise so oh, it will be a bit I have a few cars in front of you. I however did not expect it to take 3 hours. I normally drop it off on Saturday and that is what I should of done this time. If you can not take care of a costumer in a reasonable time say it may be better if you come back in a few hours. More

Super easy to submit a service request through their website. I scheduled an oil change online and really appreciated the convenience of their mobile service—they picked up my vehicle, completed the ser website.
