Matthew is awesome! He's patient and very helpful. He never gets flustered no matter how many customers he's juggling. He's an incredible asset to the service departmen He's patient and very helpful. He never gets flustered no matter how many customers he's juggling. He's an incredible asset to the service department. We bought our Mini from Ferman back in 2016. We truely regret the few times we didn't take it to Ferman for service or repair. More than once we ended up back at Ferman to correct a problem that another shop couldn't fix or made worse. Even though it's an hour drive, we'll always go back to Ferman. 5 stars! More

Services recommended and received seemed necessary and properly done. Expensive, but MINI is always that way. Representative interacted well, except for how he handled the following problem. Problem that matters: I delivered the car for service with radio & sound functioning normally. I turned on the radio upon driving away and discovered that one of the front speakers was blown. In subsequent discussion with the service representative, he flatly (and hostilely) refused to consider any possible accountability. Less important reasons to wonder: Just before departure, I had to send the car had to complete cleaning. The representative implied I shouldn't worry about the poor job, because cleaning was "complementary." (No, we all understand that such always offered and expected service is priced in.) Later, I discovered two screws of so far unknown origin lying on the mat in the trunk area. In order to accept any feedback at all, you (DealerRater) forced me to rate and recommend or not the dealer. I had wanted to leave those blank, so my forced ratings reflect okay with serious qualifications. I might consider using another dealer in the future; we'll see how I feel later. You should consider adding a middle option for the recommendation item to allow for ambivalence or qualified enthusiasm. More

Regardless of if it’s buying, selling or servicing Ferman stands far above the othe different MINI stores having owned 4 different MINI’s since 2003.
