He told me accurately how long the process would take, so I made sure I had that time available and was not anxious if things seemed to drag on. Joe was great at showing me how the car worked. In fact, he drove over to pick me up when I was ready to lease it. The next day, I had questions and Joe was right there on the phone. When I drove over to the dealership and popped in, he made the time to come out and help me with some questions I had about the car’s tech. I couldn’t ask for better service- exceptional. More
