There are not enough good things to say about our recent experience purchasing a 4Runner at Heritage. Matt greeted us in the parking lot and truly listened to what we wanted, not pushing or pressuring in ANY way. He offered to sit down with us just to crunch numbers and help us better determine what we could get. He ended up finding us a vehicle that hadn’t even made it to the lot yet and went above and beyond to figure out what our best option was keeping in mind exactly what we were looking for the whole time. He was a pleasure to work with.. patient, personable, and truly looking out for our specific needs. We highly recommend working with Matt! JT was also fantastic to work with as he was personable, efficient, and quick to help us in the process of buying. Matt Messenger is a gem! I met Matt briefly on February 13th to outline what I was looking for in a 2019 or 2020 Highlander and to set up a test drive on Saturday. On Friday, I met Matt briefly on February 13th to outline what I was looking for in a 2019 or 2020 Highlander and to set up a test drive on Saturday. On Friday, he let me know that a 2020 EXL came just come off the truck in my desired color and virtually all the options I was looking for. He personally had it washed and ready to go for the test drive on Saturday. Before the drive, he went over how to synch my iPhone in and how Apple CarPlay works. Matt was very knowledgeable about the Highlander’s features, which he demonstrated during the drive. I bought the vehicle that morning. Matt made the process seamless.
