Beware of this dealership! The service advisors are rude, one was a misogynist, and there's such high turnover in that area that you'll never have the same one again. Also, there's no sense of urgency to solve your problem. I tried to buy my car, which was coming off lease from this dealership, and had obtained my own financing. They told me outright that there's no money in it for them if I'm not financing thru them, and told me to go to another dealer!!!! How's that for customer service??! I did go to another dealer... Southern Palm Mazda and they were wonderful to work with! They made everything so easy, I ended up financing my car thru them! And purchased two warranties! More
