He explained so many things to me, as a buyer that does not know much about cars. I chose a vehicle I was interested in, he rode with me to test drive, and showed me all of the great features on the car. I loved it and decided to buy-- he did everything he could to make sure I got the best deal possible on my trade in and was patient with me. He even took me to meet the service manager. When I arrived at the Mazda in North Palm I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, this dealership is so beautiful and clean! The people were all so friendly and professional and did not talk down to me like some do. They answered all my questions and were quite patient with me. I was not pressured at all. I test drove a few cars until I found the one that was my dream car. I am now the proud owner of a Mazda CX5. More
