We have been leasing from Mazda of Palm Beach for over 7 years. Over the many years that we have been either leasing or buying different makes and model of cars our decision to use a specific dealer has be years. Over the many years that we have been either leasing or buying different makes and model of cars our decision to use a specific dealer has been just determined by the car but more ,heavily the people who work at the dealer, the people who service the car, the finance people but especially the person who works with us, who listens and understands what we want and find the type and cost and the financial arrangement of the perfect card for us. Matthew Sage exemplifies all of these. Matt listens to us, Matt understands our personalities, and understands our financial. When we call Matt and tell him we are coming over he says come on in. I usually get stressed while looking for new cars and going from one dealership to another. But I did not feel this way when I met Matt and got to know him better. What truly stood out to me was his patience and willingness to answer all my questions (even text messages), no matter how trivial they may have seemed. He's also very committed to helping clients find the right vehicle (while always checking if they need water or snacks during the search). And when it came to prices, he worked closely with Ben to make me a happy client. Moreover, he's a hilarious person and made the tedious process of signing papers smooth and fun. I left with a new car (that I absolutely adore) and a cookie cause Matthew said I deserved one :) He surely deserves more than 5 stars!!!!! Just purchased a car at Mazda Of Palm Beach. Excellent decision! I was directed to my appointment with Matt Sage. He greeted me in a most pleasant and courteous manner. His demeanor, personality, neat and well appointed appearance, immediately inspired confidence. He was both personal and professional. Matt listened to my requirements, went through Mazda of Palm Beach inventory, found the exact right car. He was extremely knowledgeable, aware of facts and details without being asked. He understood that I was comparison shopping, was gracious and understanding. His follow up call was with a price that made me return to Mazda of Palm Beach. Matt and Ben (the manager) worked to give me a price on the car, no one else came close to matching, and met all of my requirements As a woman purchasing a car, I have seen, over many years of buying a large ticket item, such as a car, an attitude difference, where with couples, the conversation is directed to the man. With Matt, I felt heard and respected immediately. He treated me as a valued customer from our first encounter. To finalize the sale, I was introduced to Charles Lauria, financial director. The sale process, financing (with Charles making valuable alternative suggestions and patiently answering all questions) ... going through all of the legalities, completing the transfer of title, tags and registration, professionally, efficiently and most importantly, in a very timely manner. I am so pleased with the employees I encountered at Mazda of Palm Beach. They all projected a great, positive workplace attitude. This is my third Mazda purchase and my best experience.
