Easy breezy! mad maybe entire process of leasing a new car for my wife super simple. Not only were they extremely fair, upfront, and honest about everything along the way, the ease with which we were able to get things done both from home and in the dealership made this and enjoyable process. Not something you usually say when dealing with car dealers, but these guys truly are the best. Highly recommended! More

Great experience!! I will get right to the point. I would rather get a root canal than go car shopping, which is sad because it should be a happy time when you get to pu I will get right to the point. I would rather get a root canal than go car shopping, which is sad because it should be a happy time when you get to purchase a "new" car. I hate car shopping, mainly because of the salesman. I find most to be pushy, aggressive, and they insult your intelligence with statements such as, "The more money you put down, the lower your payments will be." No kidding. Well, I walked into Mazda of Palm Beach and was immediately greeted by salesman, Matthew Sage. I could tell from the start he was not the "typical" salesman I disliked. He is an older man, friendly and unassuming. We talked about what I was looking for and I drove several Mazda 6, all with different upgrades. As with most people, it came down to price. Matt Sage went and spoke to his manager, Ben, a few times and kept coming out with new offers. I actually really liked the fact that it was always Matt that came out and not the sales manager. I find it annoying when dealerships have the manager come out with an attempt to close the deal. That didn't happen at Mazda of Palm beach. I feel like Matt Sage and manager Ben worked together as a team. If at any time I had felt pressured, I would have left empty handed instead I left with a brand new Mazda 6!! I bought it on March 31, 2019, which was yesterday so it would not be fair or accurate to rate the vehicle yet. I just wanted to say how happy I was with salesman Matt Sage. He told me I could call anytime with questions and he would be happy to help. I actually believe him! On a side note, the dealership itself is very nice and comfortable. I liked everyone I dealt with (Matt, Ben, Todd). they even have a playroom for kids which was super nice. Thanks again everyone!! Sincerely,Tara Luscavich More

He explained so many things to me, as a buyer that does not know much about cars. I chose a vehicle I was interested in, he rode with me to test drive, and showed me all of the great features on the car. I loved it and decided to buy-- he did everything he could to make sure I got the best deal possible on my trade in and was patient with me. He even took me to meet the service manager. What an amazing experience! I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you, Sage!!! More

All of the representives were helpful and had great customer service. Notabley, Todd and Matt were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. One negative was there were nearly no manual transmissions on the entire lot in looking at the Miata and Mazda 3 but overall I was happy with my experience here. More
