Tim and his service techs are great quick to complete work and always very good at helping me find any issues known and unknown on my cars. I'v had the same tech for three cars and multiple repairs on ea work and always very good at helping me find any issues known and unknown on my cars. I bought my car from this dealership one year ago. The car had your 15 point inspection and every other inspection to make sure it was ready to roll off your lot.Took my car in for routine service, oi The car had your 15 point inspection and every other inspection to make sure it was ready to roll off your lot.Took my car in for routine service, oil change tire rotation state inspection. And was told that I needed tires. Very concerning that a car I bought from these guys one year ago now needs tires? Also I know balance is an additional charge but $149 for rotation when most places around there charge anywhere from $10 to $25, and that was the high-end until your price came out. So either I got ripped off when I bought the car with tires that won't last or your service center is trying to rip me off and sell me tires that I don't need More

I was blown away by the "southern hospitality" of this dealership, to say the least. I have never felt this at ease and well taken care of by a dealership in all my years of buying cars. I don’t know if this is for the service I just got or my lease buyout. But let’s start with the lease buyout. I showed up 30 minutes before close. They didn’t care. Everyone took great care of me, got me ou lease buyout. But let’s start with the lease buyout. I showed up 30 minutes before close. They didn’t care. Everyone took great care of me, got me out as quickly as possible with best rate and payment possible and I can’t thank them enough. As for the service I can’t lie, I was a little nervous at first when Tim told me they would have to keep my car overnight and my appointment was just for routine maintenance. However they took great care of me, got me situated with a rental, and me totally dialed in and ready roll. Pun intended. Anyways they’re great! All around they are great!! More
