Unprofessional I always liked Hyundai. Always felt they were professional. But to find out once I purchased my new car, The dealership ran my credit three different I always liked Hyundai. Always felt they were professional. But to find out once I purchased my new car, The dealership ran my credit three different times that dropped my credit score a significant amount. I also upset that I was approved and signed all the appropericate documents for them to call me in two weeks telling me I need a cosigner. Very upset how things were handled. More

EXCELLENT AND PLEASANT SERVICE & EXPERIENCE Mr. Matt Sims was absolutely fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly at all times, pleasure to deal with and would defintely recommen Mr. Matt Sims was absolutely fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly at all times, pleasure to deal with and would defintely recommend to friends and relatives. Same with Carshawn in Finance. The only small issue I had was receiving multiple calls to re-sign the contract due to printer/re-alignment issue of numbers on the print-out. Multiple conflicting calls for me to come in or meet somewhere to get this done and signed. Not sure if this is resolved by the time this survey has been completed. 4 days ago (was the 4th of 5th call I received) I was told it's all taken care off and all good, yesterday I received another call to let me know I might still need to re-sign the contract. Other than that, excellent experience, excellent staff, very professional and pleasant. Thank you very much. More
