Impromptu purchase I was visiting this dealership for the first time for an oil change etc on my Elantra and decided to look at cars. I only had a few payments left on I was visiting this dealership for the first time for an oil change etc on my Elantra and decided to look at cars. I only had a few payments left on my 6 year old car and I had been undecided about taking on continued payments for a new one. I decided while I was waiting that I would go outside and see what my options were. It was 6 degrees out that morning but I was feeling brave. I went outside and walked through a row of new cars and immediately saw one that I loved. I checked it out along with some others and went back inside to get warm and walk around a bit. I did some research online on my phone and texted my husband about possibly buying a new car and at this point no one had greeted me which was strange. I ended up going back outside for a bit more and looked all around bringing me back to the same car I was really into and once again no one had approached me. I went back inside and looked at the few cars in there scoped things out a bit and finally decided to approach a gentleman who was working at the front counter to ask him some questions and let him know I was possibly interested in a car. He was super nice and hooked me up with a salesman and then it got real. Although no one greeted me in the sales area I did enjoy my visit very much and had a great experience here. It was comforting with clean bathrooms and free coffee and latte machine to use. They have an enclosed playroom for kids which will come in handy for future visits with my 2 year old. I think they had computers for use and a TV as well. My salesman Matt was very courteous and friendly and made my first leasing process pleasurable. The process was rather quick and easy and I left with a new car happy. I highly recommend this dealership and the Hyundai brand. 😊 More
