The customer service from Matthew who originally helped me was good. He was friendly and ran though the services to be done on my car in detail. However, when I went to pick up my car, I didn’t like being me was good. He was friendly and ran though the services to be done on my car in detail. However, when I went to pick up my car, I didn’t like being told by Joseph who helped me at pick-up that I need to give a 5 star rating or else Matthew would get a “failing mark” on his performance review. That is an awful way to strong arm 5 star ratings, and it leaves me with a bad impression. More
