A Well Oiled Machine (Teamwork) I used the Costco member auto buying program, which saved me some money (thank God). I inquired on their website, as soon as I hit the submit button Matt Spontak called me to ask me what I was looking for an to set up an appointment. He in returned emailed me and text me too. I have such a busy schedule and I decided to set up a time to meet them and see what they had in stock. Matt contacted me nearly everyday to check on me. We had an extensive conversation about what I wanted for my next vehicle choice. I could tell they valued their customers and really wanted my business. I couldn't wait to meet him when I arrived. He does his job well, that's for sure! My salesman Jeron Justice and the entire Chevy Exchange team were great. Patient, answered questions, no pressure, assured satisfaction, personable, friendly, and helpful. They did so well that I bought 2 vehicles (new & used)! Jeron played with my grandchildren. I had him working hard looking for SUV's with options. I test drove a few SUV's. It was almost closing and they didn't rush me. I ended up going with options/deals that worked well for me. I left satisfied. We keep in touch, whenever I have a question, he helps me. My grandson had been running around the dealership. He started chocking on hard candy. Mike Rowe, another salesman noticed this and performed the Heimlich Maneuver which saved his life. I am so thankful to Mike to being attentive and saving a life. Emir Cordic in the finance department had me laughing as I signed my life away! Everyone from the cashiers to the auto detail team, they were all friendly and helpful. I appreciate them for valuing me as a customer. It's like a well oiled machine there at The Chevy Exchange. I recommend this dealership. Please give them my name when you go and ask for Jeron Justice! More
