Best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had I told Matt what I was looking for and a day later he called me with multiple options. With pros and cons to most options he helped me narrow down to I told Matt what I was looking for and a day later he called me with multiple options. With pros and cons to most options he helped me narrow down to the two best choices then gave me time to make my decision. I would highly recommend going in to see him and if you can only call, I’m sure he can assist you. More

Service was good. While the service was done on time and efficient, I had to bring the car in on a weekday as they do not have senior, more trained technicians working While the service was done on time and efficient, I had to bring the car in on a weekday as they do not have senior, more trained technicians working on Saturdays. They will only provide oil and lube services on Saturdays. If that is the policy, Newins should offer loaner cars that have to wait until Monday to be serviced. More

The dealership environment was better than all the others we’ve visited. There wasn’t loud music blaring like a night club. There were no “tough guys” walking around trying to intimidate people into buying cars. Even though we were motivated to buy, there was no pressure from ANYONE to pay for anything we didn’t want or didn’t need. I’ve bought a lot of new cars through the years (most of them Fords), and this was BY FAR the best purchase experience I’ve ever had. My only mistake was not buying them from Newins. Buying a new car should be exciting. It should be fun. You shouldn’t walk away being skeeved out by the experience, as if you just got your pockets picked. There was none of that at Newins. Not only will we be back when the time comes to buy a new Ford, we’re looking forward to buying from Newins. More
