Matt Tillipaugh set a welcoming, warm environment at the beginning of our appointment. Upon learning that I was unfamiliar with the Mazda line, he learned about my automotive needs and then showed me the m beginning of our appointment. Upon learning that I was unfamiliar with the Mazda line, he learned about my automotive needs and then showed me the models that he thought would meet them. He was upfront about prices, discounts and finance options. On the test drive he explained options that were operating on that model. When I returned with intent to purchase, he proceeded to find the model with color and trim package that I had settled on. I reserved a car in transit. Matt kept me informed about the brief delay that occurred. When he delivered the car, he oriented my wife and me fully and patiently. He also provided some post-delivery service which was timely and helpful. Purchasing this car was a pleasant and satisfying experience. More

My husband and I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 through the help of sales representative Matthew Tillapaugh. Matt went out of his way to accommodate our crazy schedules to make sure we had enough time to the help of sales representative Matthew Tillapaugh. Matt went out of his way to accommodate our crazy schedules to make sure we had enough time to take the vehicle on a test drive and inspect it to make sure it would be the right vehicle for us and our 3 teenaged drivers. When I came in to sign the paperwork Britney explained all the warranties that are offered and never pressured me on making my decision. This is the first car that I have bought from Mazda after leasing two others, and I would recommend them to anyone. More
