Ok I went in to get car serviced with the mindset that I would be at dealership at least 2 to 4 hours. I was wrong! I was there 45 minutes and car was done. Yes it was safety recalls but Tower Honda exceede would be at dealership at least 2 to 4 hours. I was wrong! I was there 45 minutes and car was done. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted and the staff was very courteous. The waiting area was clean. My only complaint is that I had to wait over 2 1/2 hours to get my oil changed and an inspection done was very courteous. The waiting area was clean.
