Horrible service. My skid plate came off less than a week after my oil change at Honda towers of Longview and I went back to Honda to see if they could order one for My skid plate came off less than a week after my oil change at Honda towers of Longview and I went back to Honda to see if they could order one for me for a little less since they did not put the skid plate back on correctly after oil change ( I know they take the skid plates off for oil change and this has happened to other people with Hondas after an oil change). They lied and told me they would call me and never did. Kahli specifically gave me his name and said he would call me after talking to service supervisor who was out that day but he did not. I am very disappointed. I have been with Honda since 2017 and the service has just gotten worse and the prices much more expensive. now I have had to pay for an overpriced oil change and a whole new skid plate. Not with the time or money to fix their mistakes. More

Worst experience of my life from Tower Honda. My vehicle was at the establishment for a tune up after messing up. My car was there Thursday to Monday September 11th. I paid for my services on my lunch break moved my car from the service bay to a parking spot in front of their certified Honda place right next to the service area. I locked my vehicle and went back to work as I can not drive two vehicles at once. I come back to get my vehicle at 7pm give it take. I let my backseat down to jam and what do I find. Service manager stated he looked back at the camera and didn’t see any one bother my backseat or trunk but how is my amp missing 3 (THREE SCREWS). At this point you can’t even have services done at an accredited place of business without thieves trying to take your belongs. I tried giving them an opportunity to handle the issue only to get a call stating that no one has touched anything. I spoke with someone before I left the premises on the 11th and he gave me the GM’s name and my issue was not resolved and they tell me that my vehicle came like that. DON’T TRUST THEM WITH A PENNY LET ALONE YOUR CAR. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TOWER HONDA FOR THIS INCIDENT. More
