We have been looking for a car for awhile...we found the car we wanted at Motorcars of Lansing. The car is perfect! The people are helpful, friendly, and very nice. The price was fair and the service was wonderful. We will definitely return when we’re in the market for another car.

I had a fender bender on Election Day. So I voted to take my car to Motorcars of Lansing to get it fixed. I brought to Motorcars for one reason and one reason only, "The Leadership". My car was repaired by a great team of mechanics that was managed by a great team of leaders. And it was this same leadership TEAM that had my vehicle back on the road in 2 days. It was also the same Motorcars Team that sold me my vehicle. Im not writing this review for xxxxxxor maybe a discount on an oil charge (which i have done here too), Im writing because its my opportunity to say thank you. Thank you Motorcars of Lansing. You continue to always be one step ahead of the rest.

I recently purchased a Cadillac CTS from Motorcars of Lansing.
I was there to look at another model, yet Rick Badawi pointed me toward the CTS. That is where I really wanted to be, as this sport sedan was equipped with the 6 speed manual trans (a real selling point for me). The car is nearly spotless, performs beyond expectation and was priced below bluebook with a free carfax.
Rick did all the legwork and made my financing as seamless as possible. He even lowered the price $500 below our agreed-upon price to get the terms I required. (Imagine my surprise to get that phone call!)
Today, three weeks after driving off the lot, despite my "As Is, no warranty" purchase, Rick got me into the service center, without an appointment, to fix my tire pressure monitor, at no cost to me.
Everyone I met was exceedingly friendly; the showroom, lot and service bays were spotless. My girlfriend even raved about the restroom.
Do yourself a favor, give these guys a look, for your next preowned vehicle.

"Scheduled a Transmission Flush..."
I scheduled an appointment with Jack Martinez to have my transmission flushed using a coupon that came in the mail saving me at least 50% off what other dealer were charging. I took a friend who needed the same service so we could go together. When we arrived, Matthew escorted us to the waiting area where we drank coffee and watched the Food Channel on their big screen television. When my car was completed, Matthew gave me an update, and then he began work on my girlfriends car. When both cars were completed, he brought us the bill, collected our charge cards, processed them and then brought us the receipt. Within minutes, he drove our cars around to the side door, and then came into the building to escort us to each of our vehicles. Never in my life have I experience such superior service from a dealership. Matthew truly understands the meaning of customer service, and as a result, I will be back again and again. Well done Motorcars of Lansing!
The service was great. Matthew was helping me and he was very knowledgeable of the work he was doing. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I recommend to all friends and family to get there services done at Motorcars of Lansing. Overall, great teamwork, friendly, and great service.
