Sun Toyota is the type of dealership that gives car salespeople a bad name. From listing car prices online that are several thousand dollars below what their asking price is once you are sitting at the salespeople a bad name. From listing car prices online that are several thousand dollars below what their asking price is once you are sitting at the dealership to up selling bogus accessories like nitrogen filled tires and $900 'Windshield Protection'. Then once I had agreed to an out-the-door price with the salesman, the finance manager added several thousand dollars to the total price on top of that for a 'pre-delivery' fee and their Sun Toyota Protection Package (which I had made clear several times that I wasn't interested in paying for) without ever acknowledging the cost of such charges. Overall as someone who was just trying to buy their first commuter car I can't help but feel lied to and taken advantage of for not being familiar with the car buying process, and would strongly discourage anyone from buying a car there. More
